I have choreographed a session to relax the mind, invigorate energy flow, and rock out any kinks in the
major muscle groups. We can also customize a short session to work on a specific area.
Body Blessing | 60 min, $85 | 75 min, $100
My variation on Swedish-style, full-body massage. The session begins with gentle rocking and pressure point work before moving into oils
and longer strokes.
Body Bliss | 90 min, $130
The longer session allows us to explore and move through long-patterned and deeply rooted tensions, utilising many deep tissue and joint
mobilization techniques.
Body Breakthrough | 120 min, $160
A full 2 hours of dancing regeneration throughout your body! I recommend this session to anyone experiencing a major shift in life or
needing focused attention on multiple body areas.
